We became a part of the commercial real estate brokerage community in 2001. In July of 2004 NECB, INC. was established in South Windsor, CT. Since that time we have sold residential development land, commercial development land, office buildings, apartment buildings and retail commercial property.
In the process many relationships have been built. Training has been done in the areas of investment, financial, market and user decision analysis. Our focus is on commercial retail properties, and have developed many relationships across the country.

Our buyer clients are both REIT’s and private companies. They range from $1,000,000 buyers up to $200,000,000 in their ability to acquire property. We look forward to serving the commercial real estate community for years to come. Most of all we look forward to meeting you and/or your partners.
Our company moved to New Smyrna Beach, FL in February 2016. Since then we have added the services offered to include, Brokerage of Acquisitions, Dispositions, and now Broker of Record compliance services. The states offering these services have also expanded from one to twelve states, including, CT, FL, GA, MA, NM, NY, PA, RI, UT, VA.
