| BOR Fee for a Single Tennant (Per Building) | $2,000 (up to $4.99mm) |
| BOR Fee for a Multi Tenant (Per Building) | $3,000 ($5mm – $9.99mm) |
| BOR Fee for Any Tenant (Per Building) | $5,000 (Over $10mm) |
The fee for leases is 10 percent of the leasing commission which is collected.
